Black Opal Ring

I finally finished making my own beautiful Black Opal ring. That opal is from Lightening Ridge, Australia. My son was there visiting my cousins and came home with that gorgeous stone given to me from my cousin who used to live in Lightening Ridge. I set the stone in 14k gold bezel and the band is a low dome band in sterling silver that I hammered to give it texture. I love the way it turned out! And everytime I wear it, I think of my cousin Maria whom I haven't seen since she was an infant back in Greece in 68. Hope you like it!

New Design...in white gold

I made a georgeous pearl necklace today. I used 14k white gold and freshwater coin pearls. I will be taking it to La Femme Jolie in downtown Harrisburg on 3rd St. by the Whitaker Center. Anita owns the boutique and I do very well there. She has sold alot of my jewelry for me in her store. Stop by and visit her if your ever in town and ask her about my jewelry. She will show you all my designs up close and personal. Otherwise visit me at www.varnalis.com thanks!
